Complaints
If you have any complaints about our services at Gavel auctions you may email us at complaints@gavel.co.uk and we will endeavour to respond as soon as possible. If you  have a dispute between you and another Gavel member, try to resolve the matter amicably.  If you fail to resolve the matter yourself, then contact our complaints team and we will do everything in our power to help.  Please note that we encourage you to report any illegal activity by Gavel users to ourselves and your local law enforcement body.
