What happens if I don't receive an item I've paid for? [ Back to top ]
Try to resolve the matter by contacting the seller; most problems can be overcome this way. If this fails, then email us through the Contact Us form including the seller's username, your username and the item number. We will contact the seller on your behalf and if the seller doesn't respond we will inform the police and do everything we can to recoup your money.

Try to resolve the dispute by contacting the seller.  If nothing happens then email us through the Contact Us form with the persons deatails and the item number along with your own username and we will look into the matter.  If we beleive that any user is placing bids on items they do not intend on paying for, their account will be suspended.
